Jessica Waller, MS, CNS, LDN, is a board-certified nutrition specialist and herbalist with an MS in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health and a BA in Economics from McGill University in Montreal. Jessica founded MAKE TRIBE (www.maketribe.com) in 2013, a series of craft workshops designed to foster a creative community in Baltimore. She has a background in writing and publishing and currently serves as nutrition advisor and board member for Baltimore Hunger Project.
Jessica is passionate about treating the whole person and believes in supporting health through functional foods, in order to hold space for the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
She creates custom, easy-to-manage plans for each patient, which, in addition to specific dietary recommendations, may include functional lab testing, herbal medicine, and therapeutic-grade supplements. She also provides patients with stress-management techniques, sleep hygiene adjustments and self-care suggestions, along with ongoing support and encouragement.

Your first 75-minute session will include a discussion of your personal wellness goals, a comprehensive functional nutrition and lifestyle evaluation, lab work evaluation, nutrition education and customized recommendations and therapeutic protocols to take home.
